APR & Lending Disclosure

InstallmentLoanOnline.net is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or fund loans. We operate a free advertising and matching service that connects consumers with third-party lenders and lending partners. The operator of this site receives compensation from lenders, which does not affect the rate or terms you are offered.

Representative APR

Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) on installment loans in our network typically range from 5.99% to 199%. Your actual APR depends on the lender, your creditworthiness, loan amount, term, and the laws of your state. Some states impose rate caps (for example, 36% on certain loan sizes) that lower the maximum APR available.

Representative example. A $2,000 loan repaid over 12 months at a 99% APR would have 12 monthly payments of about $217, for a total of approximately $2,602 — meaning roughly $602 in finance charges. This is an illustration only; your actual figures will be disclosed by the lender before you sign.

How rates are set

All loan terms — APR, finance charges, fees, and the repayment schedule — are set solely by the lender after reviewing your application. We do not guarantee any rate, approval, or specific offer.

Before you accept a loan, you will receive the lender's disclosures required by the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and applicable state law. Review them carefully.

Late payment & non-payment

Late or missed payments may bring additional fees and can be reported to credit bureaus, affecting your credit. Policies on late fees, collections, and renewals vary by lender and state.

Lenders must follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and applicable state law. Understand your loan agreement's non-payment terms before borrowing.

State availability

This service is not available in all states, and the products offered depend on where you live. See installment loans by state for state-specific information.
